Our experienced compliance team, led by the Managing Director, ensure your business adheres to all statutory regulations. The compliance team completely handle the TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations) process and are also responsible for Health & Safety, Quality, Staff Training and Sustainability.

Health and Safety is of the utmost importance to us, this is something that we take very seriously. Every member of staff has been fully trained in all aspects of Health and Safety, as we all have a duty of care to ensure not only our own safety, but of others around us.

All cleaning operatives wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and are fully trained and certified to operate at any site. Each site will have a dedicated area manager to oversee the team to ensure that the cleaning is being carried out as safely and efficiently as possible. All of the relevant risk assessments are carried out and all safety equipment and materials are supplied.

Our policies ensure that the highest standards of care are provided for all employees and others in the vicinity.
